Help Me I'm Fat.  Fat? Sometimes in teenage or in any condition we feel we are FAT, ugly and not better than others which have slim body, perfect and elegant. Before we discuss more about it, please think about this, is it important? Why should i be slim? In scientific, we can conclude that FAT can be determine as:

- FAT because of genes (from parents)
- FAT because of your obesity problem (eating to much, never control your self)

In some case you will ask Help from God (Jesus) in your pray you say: "Help Me I'm Fat", help me so i can get ideal body back. Here what you can do:

1. Do diet
2. Pray to God and ask the best from Him

Be Fat is not a big problem because God never judge people from it's body. Be fat may be not beautiful, but your inner beauty is the best one :D
